I’m a Colorado native with both bachelor’s and graduate degrees in Accounting from Colorado State University. Over my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in real estate, business operations, and investment. Most recently, I’ve focused on real estate and business investment, successfully repositioning retail, office, industrial, flex, and self-storage properties across Colorado and Wyoming. In addition, I’ve invested in and supported the growth of Northern Colorado’s companies, helping them expand their reach and achieve their potential in competitive markets.

I’ve had the privilege of holding leadership roles that span diverse industries and challenges. As Senior Acquisitions and Development Manager for Alberta Development Partners, LLC, I sourced new acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to that, I served as Regional Manager for NewMark Merrill Mountain States, where I helped grow the division’s portfolio from 300,000 square feet to over 2,000,000 square feet. One of my most rewarding accomplishments at NewMark Merrill was helping redevelop the former Twin Peaks Mall into the Village at the Peaks—a $90M, 500,000-square-foot lifestyle center that stands as their largest project to date.

My entrepreneurial journey began as General Manager of The Human Bean Drive-Thru, where I helped launch the Oregon-based coffee franchise in Colorado. From the ground up, I oversaw financial, operational, and marketing functions, growing the startup to over 35 employees and six locations in just three years.
